I changed my mind , I no longer want our awesome product

We do not currently offer refunds but can provide product replacement

For defective products all claims must be submitted no later than 7 Calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

  What our Policy Covers

Wrong address if you provide an address that is considered insufficient to the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

I accidentally put the wrong address/product What do I do now?

Send a message to crowsandshinythings@outlook.com  ASAP if it has not been prepared for shipping the address can still be changed. If you have only realized after it has been shipped, unfortunately you will liable for shipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address with you
